Can I become a distributor for Ludden's Natural Products?

Unfortunatley, the answer is no. We're not setup as a wholesaler, we're a retailer. We work with a wholesale distributor to provide our products to our customers.

Can I have my package sent to a different Shipping Address?

If you would like to ship to a dfferent address, simply process the order using the same billing/shipping address, then once you receive the order confirmation email, reply to it and let us know what address you would like the product shipped to. We allow this because folks who do this, are typically not ones who are attempting to use stolen credit cards.

How much will it cost to ship my product?

Simply add the product to your cart, and then click the link that says, "Click to Calculate Shipping!", which will be right under the cart totals. IF YOU ORDER PRODUCTS FROM TWO DIFFERENT VENDORS, THEN SHIPPING WILL BE CALCULATED FOR BOTH AS THEY WILL BE SENT FROM DIFFERENT SOURCES.

How do I ask a specific question about a product?

To get an answer about a specific product, please fill out the contact form below with the product information, and the question you would like answered.  Many times, we must contact the distributor and/or the manufacturer to get the answers you need. Our customer care reps will not have specific details about products.

How long will it take to get my product?

If we receive an order before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, we will make every attempt to ship within the following two business days (M-F).  Before choosing a shipping option, please know that we only process and ship orders on weekdays (M-F). Also, orders placed late on Friday, or over the weekend, are often not processed until Tuesday due to the buildup of orders over the weekend.

The USPS mentions that their Parcel Post service may take from business 2 - 9 days, but may be longer in some circumstances. They mention that their Priority service may take from 2 - 4 business days, but may be longer in some circumstances. The Parcel Post estimated arrival time for Alaska is 2 to 4 weeks, and for Hawaii could be 3 to 5 weeks.

Much of this also depends on how busy our distribution center is on any given day. Our distributor does not provide tracking information for USPS orders, only for FedEx.  FedEx Ground orders usually are sent in about the same time as USPS Priority orders.  We have other FedEx options available as well (2-day and Overnight).

Where is my tracking number?

The FedEX tracking number and USPS tracking numbers will be on the shipping notification email that will be sent to you once the product has shipped from our facility in Norway, IA. An order confirmation and shipping confirmation email will be sent to you from 'orders@luddensnatural.com'. If you don't receive those emails, please check your spam folder. If they are not there, then let us know via the contact submission form below. We receive tracking numbers in bulk from our distributor each night, and we then send them out to our customers as soon as time permits. If you haven't received your notification email yet, and it's not in your spam folder, you should get it soon. One other thing to check would be the email address you used on our sight. There are occasions when customers enter the wrong address.

Please know that the tracking numbers that are provided for USPS Standard Post are not consistently reliable. USPS does not always do due diligence on these packages, and therefore the tracking information is not always updated.

Can I place an order via phone?

If you are unable to create an order on the website, please fill out the contact form below and we'll have an order specialist call you back within 1-day to help you place an order.  Currently, our customer care associates are not able to place orders for customers via our toll free number.

How do I place an order?

Click on our "Creating Orders" link at the bottom of any page, and we'll guide you through the order taking process.

Why does my search bring back no products?

The search logic looks for each word you type in each product name.  If ALL the words aren't in the name of a product, then no products will display. We suggest simplifying the search to get better results.  For example, if you are searching on "Grape Seed Extract Powder", you won't get any products back because all four words don't exist in any of the product names, but if you simplify that search to be "Grape Seed" or "Grape Seed Extract", you'll get much better results.

Where do you ship from?

Our distributor ships from Norway, IA.

Can you tell me how many of a certain product you have available?

Our distributor does not provide us with the balance on hand of each product.  They simply tell us if the product is in stock or not. We make every effort to keep our inventory updated with this information.  If you need to know if you can order a large quantity of a specific product, fill out the contact form below and we'll email you back with the answer just as soon as we can.

What do I do if a FRAUDULENT order placed with my credit card?

We have many levels of security setup to catch and deny fradulent order attempts. If your transaction is still in "pending" status on your credit card statement, then we have already denied the transaction, and your bank will be removing it soon.

Why do you require both my email address and phone number?

These pieces of information are both required to limit credit card fraud.  You will only be contacted if the order that is placed is suspicious.

Why do you require that my shipping and billing address be the same?

This is required to limit credit card fraud.  However, if you would like to ship to a dfferent address, simply process the order using the same billing/shipping address, then once you receive the order confirmation email, reply to it and let us know what address you would like the product shipped to. We allow this because folks who do this, are typically not ones who are attempting to use stolen credit cards.
