Our Shipping Promise

If we receive an order before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, we will make every attempt to ship within the the following two business days (M-F). Although we place a higher priority on 2-day and Overnight shipping, this also includes these packages.

Before choosing a shipping option, please know that we only process and ship orders on weekdays (M-F). Also, orders placed on Friday, or over the weekend, are often not processed until Tuesday due to the buildup of orders over the weekend. This includes 2-day and Overnight shipping.

The USPS mentions that their Parcel Post service may take from business 2 - 9 days, but may be longer in some circumstances. They mention that their Priority service may take from 2 - 4 business days, but may be longer in some circumstances. The Parcel Post estimated arrival time for Alaska is 2 to 4 weeks, and for Hawaii could be 3 to 5 weeks. Except in rare circumstances, we are unable to change the shipping option once the order has been processed.

Much of this also depends on how busy our distribution center is on any given day.

You should receive both an order confirmation and shipping confirmation email from 'orders@luddensnatural.com'. If for some reason you don't receive these, check your spam folder first, and if you still don't see them, contact us using the contact submission form.

IF YOU ORDER PRODUCTS FROM TWO DIFFERENT VENDORS, THEN SHIPPING WILL BE CALCULATED FOR BOTH AS THEY WILL BE SENT FROM DIFFERENT SOURCES.

Free Shipping!

Although we pride ourselves on offering quality products at an extremely low profit margin, we still wanted to offer our bulk customers free shipping.  Simply order $325 or more of our eligible products, and receive free FedEx Ground Home Delivery!  Other shipping options will be available, but we're sure you'll want to choose the FREE shipping. It's important to note that not all products are eligible for free shipping. If a product is eligible, it will be clearly indicated. NOT ALL PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING.

Shipping Calculation

The shipping fee will be based on the "ship from" location.  We work with various vendors who are geographically located throughout the country.  If you happen to select items from two different vendors, then the shipping fee will be a sum of the shipping fees from both locations, and you will receive more than one package.

Order Verification

The following steps have been taken to prevent credit card fraud.

1. At this time, the billing address and shipping address are required to be the same.
2. The billing phone number and email address will both be required.
3. Any order over $500 may be processed 'after' the funds have cleared. This typically takes 2-3 business days. This is not only due to an increase in fraudulant activity related to online stores, but also due to credit limitations with our distributor.
4. We may require a signature on an order.

Ludden's Natural wants to save you even more, and give you an opportunity to try some of our products for free.  Check our "Savings" tab regularly to see our coupon and promotional offers.

Monthly Specials

Each month we have hundreds of products on sale.  These products can be found by clicking on the "Specials" tab.  Our specials will always end on the day prior to the last day of the month.  This gives us an opportunity to process any last orders containing sale items, and to update our site to switch to the specials for the following month.

Handling Fee

Ludden's adds a handling fee of $1.50, per shipment, for packaging material and labor.

No Minimum Order

There is no minimum dollar amount or quantity required to place a Ludden's order.

Maximum Order

There are certain items that our distributor has placed monthly limits on. We don't place those limits as we don't have the ability to automatically track customer orders to determine when they hit those monthly limits. Our distributor will let us know and we will then convey that information to you, our customer.

Low Inventory Products

If a product is marked as "low inventory", then a maximum order quantity of one (1) will be set until our warehouse has been restocked.

Credit Terms

We proudly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You will see your order shown as "Ludden's Natural Products" on your credit card statement.

Damages

Although we package your orders carefully, sometimes damages occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please notify both Ludden's, via the contact submission form, and the carrier immediately, keeping the package for inspection. We'll help you get things resolved quickly.

Easy Return Policy

We're dedicated to providing you with exceptional quality products and service. In the unlikely event of problems with your order, we will work with you to quickly and satisfactorily correct the situation according to the return policies outlined below. To make sure your returns are processed quickly and accurately, we ask that you follow the steps outlined below before shipping any returns.

• Ludden's will accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Requests for product returns must be made in writing and receive approval from Ludden's before replacement merchandise or a credit memo can be issued. To avoid delays, do not ship returns until this process is complete.
• In order to receive full credit, all returns must be in saleable condition and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
• Freight and handling charges on returns of mistakenly ordered goods will be the responsibility of the customer.

Burt's Bees Products

As an online store, Burt's Bees has placed limits on many of their products to only 48, per month, for the whole store, not just per customer. Once 48 have been ordered we make every attempt to place that product out of stock. If a product is ordered, and we have already hit our limit for the month, we will refund your order. Due to this we have also placed alimit of 48 per order. Unfortunately, the after the first customer places an order, that'll be it for the rest of the month for that product.
