How to create an order with Ludden's Natural

Steps to Create an Order:

1. Browse the website to find the products you need.
2. From the product list page, or from the individual product detail page, click on "Add to Cart".  This will add the product to your existing shopping cart. A window will pop up asking you if you'd like to "Continue Shopping" or "View Cart".  Select one of these options.
3. From the cart you can view the products you currently have selected.  You may edit them by increasing or reducing the qty you'd like to order. Anytime you update a qty on the cart, you must click on "Update Cart".  If you set the quantity to 0, clicking "Update Cart" will remove the item from the cart.
4. To completely empty your cart, click the "Empty Cart" button on the cart.
5. You can verify how much the shipping charge will be from the cart, BEFORE you make your order.  Simply click on the link that says "Click to Calculate Shipping!  Enter your state and zip code, choose USPS or FedEX and click "Calculate Shipping".
6. When you are finished shopping, click "Checkout" from the cart.
7. Fill out your "Bill to Address" and "Ship to Address" information.  If you've already setup an account, this information should be filled out already.
8. Enter your payment information.
9. Choose a shipping plan.
10. Enter a coupon code if you have one and click "Apply".
11. Review your order, and click "Submit my Order".
12. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Click on "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any page.  Fill out the contact form, and provide the product information, and question for the product.  We will email you with the product information as soon as possible.  At times, we must contact our distributor to get specific product details.
